Overview

HanseView allow for remote control through text files. This can be done on local computer or via file sharing. Basic concept is that a command written to a text file is read by HanseView then executed and output placed to a text file.

This remote control capability allows for test stand integration. You can then use 1 of two models. Have test stand send set point commands or profile start stop commands to control chamber then read back current status. Other option is to have test stand read only status and react to conditions and time to perform necessary equipment test.

HALT/HASS Chamber Summary Specifications

Today we manufacture the largest standard line and what we believe to be the most advance performing HALT/HASS chambers in the industry. We have concentrated our engineering efforts to advance the state-of-the-art of HALT/HASS chamber performance.

Eight models are standard and customized configurations are available. Temperature Cycling or Six-degree-of-freedom (6dof) vibration systems are also available in eight stand-alone models

In addition we design and manufacture specialized environmental chambers, (humidity, corrosive, temperature/humidity, etc.) with extreme performance requirements. Manufacturing processing equipment requiring environmental conditioning are also designed and manufactured. We take pride in providing an equipment response and solution to challenging requirements.

In House Testing

We offer HALT/HASS testing in house for customers wishing to evaluate the test method before investing in equipment. We will help design and implement the HALT/HASS test from start to finish and can furnish in house personal to monitor test 24/7. System Features

• HighRateTM Liquid Nitrogen Cooling System: Direct atomization in control plenum, InfitrolTM proportional control valve for Models VTC-4 and up (Optional for VTC-1.5), and redundant solenoid safety valve.
  
• Adjustable Air Flow Plenum: For directing airflow to product. Minimum (4) 3" dia. ports for distributed airflow to product - Models VTC-4 and up. Vibration Exciters: LubeMistTM lubricated vibrators with adjustable ball valves, one for each pneumatic vibrator for low G-level performance using fewer vibrators. SoftStartTM designed vibrators minimize starting shock to products.

Instrumentation

• Programmable Vibration Control: Programmable vibration ramps, gRMS level, and test duration all synchronized with the temperature controller.

John Hanse founded Hanse Environmental, Inc,. in 1989. John has twenty-five-plus years experience in the environmental chamber industry. He was an early pioneer in the development of environmental stress screening (ESS) equipment.

Subsequently, ESS equipment found application for accelerated life testing and accelerated stress screening with the acronyms HALT & HASS. The initial Hanse systems were sold to Whirlpool and to Ford Motor. Since that time the worldwide demand for chamber systems has expanded, and Hanse chambers are sold to an ever-widening user base.

In the early 1990s a sister company, Hanse Technology, Inc., was formed to present annual series of ESS/HALT/HASS Seminars throughout the United States.
